Christopher Thomas

As a bass trombonist, Christopher Thomas played with William Davis Construction and Desford Colliery bands before writing became his main preoccupation. He is a regular contributor to Brass Band World along with the classical music website, Musicweb International, and has developed a reputation for insightful articles and interviews with many prominent musicians and composers. His knowledge of repertoire and contemporary musical literature is so deep that all of the major CD releases by top bands and soloists find their way onto his desk for review in Brass Band World.
