John Barber celebrates 20 years

John Barber, a popular contributor to BBW, has received special recognition for 20 years outstanding service to the Foden's Band.

Foden's Principal Conductor, Bramwell Tovey, recently presented Solo Trombone player John Barber with a framed photograph containing quotes from leading conductors connected with Foden's, all paying tribute to his performance and loyalty on celebrating 20 years service to the band.

Speaking about this Milestone, Foden's principal cornet, Mark Wilkinson told BBW: "All at Foden's would like to congratulation John on this fantastic achievement of loyalty, commitment and dedication to Foden's over the past 20 years. Not only has John been a great asset to the band with his playing but he has also shown great leadership in his role as Band Chairman for over 10 years."
