Butlin’s ramps up the X FActor

In what it describes as a ‘forward-thinking and proactive step’, several changes have been announced to the Championship Section adjudication process for the 2017 Butlins Mineworkers Open National Brass Band Festival at Skegness resort, to be held over the weekend of January 13-16.
