UniBrass Success for RBC

Congratulations to Royal Birmingham Conservatoire Brass Band, the 2023 winnners of the UniBrass Trophy. As well as winning the coveted UniBrass Trophy for a second consecutive year, the band will also be invited by BBE to be an English representative at the 2024 European Youth Brass Band Championships. The band also won awards for Best Student Composition for Jude Radley’s ‘Undiscovered’ and the Best Soloist in the Trophy Section was awarded to Stephen Parker.

Congratulations are also deserved for the Oxford University Brass Band on winning the UniBrass Shield. The band also scooped up the award for Most Entertaining set as well as MD Alice Knight winning the Best Student Conductor. The band has now been invited to give a guest performance at Brass in Concert 2023.
