Wychavon Festival of Brass 2021

Congratulations to Aldbourne and conductor Glyn Williams on winning the Championship section of the ever popular Wychavon Festival of Brass. The band gave a fine performance that drew much praise from Adjudicator Chris King to secure a narrow victory over City of Cardiff Mellingriffith (M1). Verwood Brass completed the podium places, with Eccles Borough, Filton Concert Brass and Amersham making up the rest of the top six. Amersham was also delighted to receive an invitation to compete at the Spring Festival. Congratulations are also deserved for Eccles Borough, BD1 Brass, Wem Jubilee and Cross Keys Silver, who were the winners of their respective sections. Full results can be viewed below.
