Band of the Year contest cancelled

The 2020 BrassPass.tv 'Band of the Year' contest and the Young Brass Award competitions have been cancelled. IBB Media Ltd, the contest organisers confirmed the cancellation of both events due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

Media Managing Director, Martin Gernon stated, "We wanted to give both events every chance of happening, but the ongoing Covid-19 situation has made this impossible. The date for next year's 'Band of the Year' contest is confirmed as 5th June at the Albert Halls in Bolton.

“Customers who have purchased tickets for this year's event can either have a full refund or have their ticket transferred to next year's event. Our ticketing partner, Quay Tickets, will be contacting all customers in due course."
