Brighouse & Rastrick and KMJ Recordings announce collaboration
Brighouse & Rastrick Band is pleased to announce that KMJ Recordings is to become Recording Company in Residence. The collaboration will enable the Band to release recordings under their own label, while both they and KMJ Recordings continue to work on projects commissioned by others.
Prior to the coronavirus lockdown, the Band were in the studio working on three initial popular CD projects that their supporters and trustees have long requested. Everyone is looking forward to their completion as soon as it's safe to do so.
In the meantime, Brighouse & Rastrick have been releasing a series of socially distanced videos, recorded at home entitled ‘Concert in the Living Room’, with KMJ Recordings editing the audio and the videos being assembled by members of the band. They have already been viewed half a million times around the globe with the next instalment currently in the pipeline.

There's perhaps nothing quite like recording The Floral Dance with Brighouse, and to be able to work regularly with such fine musicians and conductors is a privilege, and we're looking forward to some exciting sessions in the future.”
