25th Anniversary plans for Elland Youth

Owing to COVID- 19 Elland Youth Brass Band is unable to host their planned concert event later this month, which has now been postponed until June 2021. The band still has plans to celebrate though and have recorded a special 'Stay at Home' concert to be shared through YouTube and social media which will be broadcast on Saturday 27 June (7.30pm).

Current and former youth band members are being invited to record a brand-new arrangement from former alumni Jonathan Bates to mark the occasion. A band spokesperson stated, "We're disappointed not be able to go ahead with our planned celebration concert, but with a little creativity and technology we can mark the occasion on-line event, featuring performances from all our young musicians pre-recorded from home. There will also be a fun camera roll of all our best moments."
