A Gift from Brass Monkeys

The Brass Monkeys, a seven brass and piano band from New Zealand is delivering their ‘New Orleans’ type sound through their album ‘A Gift for You’ via spotify. The album features classic songs like: ‘Maple Leaf Rag’, ‘Ave Verum Corpus’, ‘Cornet Chop Suey’, ‘The Nearness of You’ and ‘In a Sentimental Mood’, to name but a few.

Led by Christopher Wilson from Napier, you will not be able to keep your feet still with this unique sound, featuring Baroque to Jazz, with the national level players and unique new arrangements by David Woodcock (LOTR) and David Selfe (Hayley Westenra).
