BBW launches Media Sharing Platform

In the face of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Brass Band World has launched a brand-new Media Sharing Platform at www.brassbandworld.co.uk/media

As musicians continue to find more inventive ways to make sure that audiences are still entertained with music making, BBW wanted to find a way for it to be shared in one place.

Given the unprecedented time in which we are living the initial content evokes so many emotions from sadness to laughter, with plenty of joy and a sprinkling of awkwardness along the way. From brass bands to orchestras, ensembles to soloists and repertoire that spans hundreds of years and multiple genres, there is sure to be something for everyone.

We have already shared over 25 videos on the platform for your viewing and listening pleasure; that’s more than a two hours worth of socially distant content, including today’s releases by Cory, Milnrow and the Besson Italian Euphonium Ensemble!

We will be adding to the platform regularly, so please feel free to have your videos considered for inclusion by emailing a link to editor@brassbandworld.net
