RNCM Cornet Day

The RNCM Cornet Day will give delegates the opportunity to work with some of the finest teachers, musicians and students from all over the world, as well as the chance to meet, perform and socialise with like-minded talented musicians. It’s an ideal forum for players of grade 6 or above standard who are looking to audition for music college or improve general instrumental skills.
 
The exciting event will be led by the world renowned virtuoso cornetists Richard Marshall and Roger Webster and will take place on Friday 12thJuly from 9am to 5pm. Delegates will take part in master classes, receive tuition from RNCM staff including topics such as performance, technique and ensemble classes, as well as advice on preparing for auditions and performances. There will also be an opportunity for a Q and A sessions with RNCM staff and students, before the day concludes with a short informal concert featuring all delegates and course directors.
