2019 Buxton Brass Band Festival

Congratulations to Ratby Cooperative and MD David Purkiss on winning the top section at the 54thBuxton Brass Band Festival. It was a day of excellent music making at Buxton's wonderful Octagon Theatre and Ratby will no doubt be boosted by the fine performance of Paul Huber’s ‘Symphonic Music’ as they prepare for Blackpool in the near future.

The Second Section was won by North Skelton led by Lewis Wilkinson, Chris Binns and Whitworth Vale & Healey took the Third Section title with Rode Hall Silver and Nigel Butler victorious in the Fourth Section.
