NYBBGB Easter Concerts 

The National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain’s Easter Concerts 2026 are almost here, with the majority of tickets already sold! Don’t miss your chance to experience over 90 of the UK’s finest young brass and percussion players, under the direction of Guest Conductor Professor Nicholas Childs, with Guest Soloist Mike Cavanagh (baritone). 
 
This year’s concerts, themed ‘New Horizons’, will feature: 
• 'Horizons' by Paul Lovatt-Cooper 
• World première: 'Suite for Brass' (inspired by the work of Victoria Wood, arr. Andrea Price) 
• 'Turbulence, Tide & Torque: Concerto for Baritone' by Peter Graham – Soloist: Mike Cavanagh 
• 'Heroes' by Bruce Broughton 
• 'A Fantasy of Joy' by Fredrick Schjelderup 
• 'Mill Town Revival' by Peter Graham 
• 'Pulse' by Thomas Doss - Soloist: Mike Cavanagh 
• 'Ave Maria' by Charles Gounod - Soloist: Mike Cavanagh 
• 'An Age of Kings' by Edward Gregson 
 
Easter Concert 1 – Leyburn 
Saturday 11th April 2026 | 5–7pm 
The Garden Rooms at Tennants, Harmby Road, Leyburn, DL8 5SG
