European Youth Band 

35 young players from 15 different countries will perform as part of the European Youth Brass Band (EYBB) in Linz this year. The band will be led by MD, Karl Geroldinger, the 22nd year the EYBB will have featured as part of the European Brass Band Championships. Following seating auditions on 16th April the EYBB’s 2026 adventure will conclude with performances in both the Gala and Farewell concerts. 
 
Full Schedule: 
Tuesday 21st April: Concert in Eferding together with Upper Austrian Youth Brass Band 
Wednesday 22nd April: Concert in Ried together with the Windband of the Ried im Innkreis district, Messehalle 
Thursday 23rd April: Final Concert European Soloist Competition with Brass Band Fribourg, Brucknerhaus 
Friday 24th April: Opening Ceremony, Brucknerhaus 
Saturday 25th April: Grand Gala Concert and Award Ceremony at Brucknerhaus with Brassband Oberosterreich, and Diatonic Expeditions 
Sunday 26th April: Farewell Concert and Award Ceremony EYBBC 2026 at Brucknerhaus with Austrian National Youth Brass Band.
