Lewis Merthyr Band in River Taff feature

BBC One Wales' tevelvision programme The River Taff with writer Will Millard recently featured the Lewis Merthyr Band. Throughout the series Writer and fisherman Will Millard travels the length of the wild River Taff in south Wales, from its source high in the stunning Brecon Beacons to the Bristol Channel.

In the opening episode, Millard explored how the coal industry changed the beautiful Welsh landscape and its people forever. In the the second episode Millard met the members of the Lewis Merthy Colliery Band, which can be seen via iPlayer here.
