No job for a woman?

Just 30 of the 506 bands competing in this year’s Regional Championships were led by female conductors and only three of the 89 members of the Association of Brass Band Adjudicators are women. One active on the ABBA Executive Committee and leading the charge for female conductresses and adjudicators, Sarah Groarke-Booth, asks why.
