A Brass Celebration
Be sure to book your tickets for A Brass Celebration, a special concert taking place on 19 June in Hamilton to recognise and celebrate Derick Kane’s outstanding 40 years as Principal Euphonium of The International Staff Band (The ISB).
In addition to four performing soloists (Alex Ramsey, cornet/Co-operative Funeralcare Band; Stephen Kane, baritone/Cory Band; Jamie Hood, flugel horn/USA Western Territory Staff Band; and Derick Kane/ The ISB), Richard Martin, Principal Trumpet of the Royal Northern Sinfonia, will also feature both as a soloist and as a member of the cornet section.
The concert will be held in the Town House, 102 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. ML3 6HH. 4.00pm. All proceeds will be donated to the Bexleyheath Corps Building and the Vision of Hope programmes.
