GBBA Virtual Solo and Ensemble Festival

The contest has been adjudicated and the results are out for the recent Gloucestershire Brass Band Association Virtual Solo and Ensemble Festival. Karin Lythell, GBBA secretary commented, “Congratulations to all prize winners and thank you to everyone who entered. We were delighted with the take up for the event, which spread beyond the GBBA. In the end Brett Baker had 48 individual performances to adjudicate, with musicians represents 18 different bands. Our sincere thanks go to Brett for his adjudications as well as to Michael Rath and Geneva Instruments for sponsoring the event. We hope to make it a regular event in our calendar for the future.”

Feedback for each performance has been sent to the individual contestants and the first three placings in each category can be viewed below.

 

Class A: 11 and Under Solo
