Massed Bands Postponed

Amidst the current Covid-19 crisis, Brighouse & Rastrick Band has regretfully announced that the Massed Bands concert with the Black Dyke Band in Huddersfield Town Hall on 28th March has now been postponed until Saturday 27th March 2021.
 
Band spokesperson Natalie Morrison stated, “Whilst we are bitterly disappointed that this eagerly anticipated concert will now not be able to go ahead as planned, we are grateful to Black Dyke, and in particular Secretary John O’Brien, for helping promptly secure the new date for 2021, with no earlier date being possible.
 
“Kirklees Council will provide the option for existing ticket holders to transfer their tickets to the new event or, of course, receive a full refund. Further details of how to do this will be announced as soon as possible, and B&R Patrons will be contacted personally in due course.
In the meantime, on behalf of the players, officials and volunteers at B&R we wish you and your loved ones a safe and healthy time over the coming weeks.”
