NYBBGB invites Managerial Applications

The National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain invites applications for two new, key roles within the management of the organisation.
 
The General Manager (£40,000 per annum pro rata) will direct the management team and provide strategic leadership over all the activities of the organisation. This position is key to ensuring that the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain meets the goals of its ongoing strategic plan.
 
The Operations Manager (£30,000 per annum pro rata) reporting to the General Manager, will manage the operational (house and artistic) staff team, audition and selection processes, events and performances of the Band meeting the goals of the organisation's strategic plan.
