High Five for Foden’s

The area contests got underway this weekend, starting in tremendous fashion at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool. Congratulations go to Foden’s on winning the North West Regional Championships. Although the Sandbach band have unprecedented success at the contest, they did not rest on their laurels and produced a fantastic performance Philip Sparke’s ‘A Tale as Yet Untold’ led to 5th consecutive victory by Russell Gray. Also qualifying for a trip to the Royal Albert Hall in October are runners-up Fairey, with newly promoted Rainford just missing out in third place.
