Leigh Baker to Adjudicate Holme Valley Solo and Ensemble Competition

Leigh Baker, conductor of the Second Section National Champions, South Yorkshire Police, will preside over the 2019 Holme Valley Solo & Ensemble competition. The event will be held at Hade Edge bandroom on Saturday 9th November and entries are already looking very healthy.
 
Graham Bates, the contest organizer stated, "We've already got 36 entries, which is more than we had in total last year; the new November date seems to have worked in terms of numbers".
