Reynish Recording for CSU

The Cleveland State University School of Music enjoyed a wonderful recording experience, when noted conductor Timothy Reynish invited the Symphonic Wind Ensemble and Chamber Winds to perform on his latest album.

The album, released this summer, also features performances by euphonium soloist David Childs, including a world premiere recording of Adam Gorb’s ‘EuphoniumConcerto’. Reynish himself and Birch Browning, professor of music education and conductor of bands at CSU conducted the album. Speaking about the recording opportunity Birch Browning stated, “We were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Tim, David and Adam to create these beautiful performances. It was a tremendous learning experience for our students, and provided the kind of 'real world' opportunities that are critical to helping them become professional musicians in their own right."

Reynish commented, "I have always been committed to helping the next generation of performers obtain the skills and opportunities that are necessary for a successful musical career."

'International Repertoire Recordings — Volume 12' is currently available on Spotify.
