Big Brass Day

The Big Brass Day returns to Yorkshire led by Katrina Marzella, with guest soloist Daniel Thomas. Katrina will lead the 2nd ina series of Brass events for young people in Yorkshire.

The Yamaha artiste is taking part in a 'Big Brass Day!' on Sunday 29th September (9.30am — 3.30pm) hosted by Shepherd Group Brass Band at their base in York.
 
This FREE event is run by youth music charity NYMAZ, funded by Youth Music and supported by Brass Bands England. The Big Brass Day Two is aimed at musicians aged up to 18 years old who are at Grade 4 and above. Participants will have the chance to take part ‘The Art of Solo Performance’ Workshop with Black Dyke Principal Euphonium Daniel Thomas, and a Masterclass with Thomas and Marzella, ending the day with a Concert.
