Tickets now available for NYSB and Cory Concert
The New York Staff Band and the world's number one brass band, The Cory Band, will be sharing the stage at the Centennial Memorial Temple (120 W. 14th St.) in New York City on November 2, 2019. Speaking about the event a spokesperson from the NYSB stated, “The Cory Band will be touring the USA and we are thrilled that we will be hosting them for their New York City performance.”
The Cory Band is currently ranked as the number 1 brass band in the world and 2019 has already been a successful year for the band after being crowned European and UK Band of the Year Champions. With several special collaborations during this tour, it will surely be another memorable year for the World’s leading band.
Cory Band’s Musical Director Philip Harper commented, “This will be my third major tour with Cory and it remains a priority for myself and the management of the band to provide our members with memorable performance experiences, and these tours are really special in achieving that. We had an amazing response from large audiences in 2016 and developed some really positive relationships that have enabled us to return. I’m really looking forward to developing our programs for our American audiences and collaborating with these special bands.”
