Hebden Bridge March & Hymn Tune Contest 2019

Congratulations go to Milnrow who picked up first prize in the hotly contested Hebden Bridge march and Hymn Contest. Fresh from Whit Friday, Milnrow’s excellent performance of their chosen march saw them beat Elland Silver into 2ndplace by just one point. The Youth Prize was won by Elland Silver Youth, who also scooped up the Best Youth Instrumentalist prize, awarded to the band’s cornet player, Lewis Barton.
