Katy Jones to give masterclass and recital  

Katy Jones, the principal trombone of the Halle Orchestra and a former co-principal trombone of the London Symphony Orchestra will lead a masterclass with brass students from the University of Huddersfield before performing a recital concert at St Paul's Hall on Thursday 17th January (1.15pm).
 
In addition to her extensive high profile orchestral work Katy is also an acclaimed educator, tutor at the RNCM and Chethams School and a brass coach of the National Youth Orchestra.
A spokesperson for the event commented, "This will be a wonderful opportunity to hear one the UK’s finest orchestral players in action."
