Williams duo to lead Cornish Youth
This year's Cornwall Youth Brass Band Easter course which will be held at Truro High School for Girls, concluding with a concert on 2nd April at St Michael's Church in Newquay under guest conductor Glyn Williams, with Helen Williams as guest soloist.
The CYBB will be holding auditions and an open rehearsal for potential new recruits on Sunday 1st April (1.30pm to 4.00pm) during their forthcoming Easter Residential Course.
It is hoped that a new generation of young players will come along to join the band for their next season in September. They will be able to find out more about the band by meeting up with local conductor Darren Hawken and some of the experienced tutors.
