Denis Wick has just added the DW5572 Synthetic Trumpet/Cornet Cup Mute to the company’s line of mutes. With an economy price, the materials, workmanship and performance are billed as ‘far better than economy.’
Said MD, Stephen Wick: “Like all Denis Wick mutes, this mute has impeccable tuning and, unlike others in this price range, the corks are sized and profiled exactly to fit the cornet. It has the sound of a professional mute, which makes it suitable not only for students, but also for experienced players too.
